If you wanna retain the MSA's one way breathing system insert a small piece of rubber into the inner part and secure with a screw.

Assemble the 3 parts like in the pictures below and glue the inner part into the hoseconnector with the screwonpart inthe middle facing the right direction.

To firmly secure the hose to the connector I reccomend useing reuseable zipties this will give you a 100% seal and you'll be able to maintain and clean the hoses if the need arises.

I also included easyly printable 2, 3 and 4 way connectors. (their bottom is flat so its a better stick to the printbed)
